Inventory Management Executive

**_Job Purpose: _**
This person is responsible for developing plans to monitor and optimise storage utilisation levels, implementing quality programmes and using data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans. Analytical and logical, he is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology.

- Oversee Inventory Control: _
- Analyses the inventory levels to suggest min safety stock levels for replenishment
- Analyses accurate records of the storage and movements of stocks according to stocks policies
- Drafts inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data
- Maintain Inventory Records: _
- Drafts inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data
- Reports inventory statistics to Management and suggests improvements to inventory control
- Locates, analyses, and reconciles any inventory discrepancies
- Navigates the inventory system(s) to deduce where the issues occurred
- Investigates and coordinates to resolve discrepancies between inventory and systems
- Creates and maintains inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory
- Implement inventory control protocols: _
- Propose cost-effective and efficient methods of stock movement in the storage area
- Implements and monitors security measures on stocktaking, cycle counting procedures
- Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities: _
- Formulate business process solutions to innovate current business processes
- Analyse risks associated with different approaches of process changes
- Define system scope and objectives aligned to business or contract requirements
- Analyse business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project lifecycle
- Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations
- Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures
- Formulate environmental protection policies and procedures
- Perform Technology Application Tasks: _
- Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to design technology projects
- Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to implement technology projects
- Review areas in logistics operations where technology can enhance processes
- Integrate technology solutions and automations to replace inefficient processes
- Leverage on data analytics to build insights on technology usage
**_Qualification and Experience: _**
- At least a Degree in Supply Chain Management, logistics Management with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Logistics and/or Warehousing and/or with ERP system
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets (added advantage with coding experience)
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, maths and multi-tasking skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
