_We are looking for an IT Support that will provide technical support & troubleshoot IT-related issues for users between the Group of Companies and external vendors or contractors. Perform regular maintenance and diagnostics on IT systems and participate in IT projects._
**Key Accountabilities**:
- IT service/support including day-to-day operations, network management, installation of software monitoring, and problem resolution.
- Microsoft 365 (Suite) Management and Support
- Track and ensure service levels for technical support are constantly met
- Maintain IT assets for hardware and software inventories and software licensing.
- Maintain office network connectivity such as internet and Wi-Fi routers.
- Work with HR department for new staff to Configuration, manage accounts and maintain hardware and software including all peripherals, implement backup processes and assess the system for upgrades or replacement
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field of IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support.
- Diploma/Degree in areas of Information Technology, Computer Science, and Information System or any related fields
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Good to have some knowledge and experience in security protection, Firewall, and VPN
- Good troubleshooting skills in PC, laptops, and software drives
- Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcomes within stipulated timelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
