Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond proactively to customer complaints, lead and liaise with stakeholders for root cause analysis & drive corrective/preventive actions implementation
- Design, establish and maintain quality plan for the manufacturing site
- Assist engineering team in process evaluation in terms of quality compliance
- Perform internal quality audit, and follow-up on detected non-conformity issues
- Manage, liaise and implement actions to achieve specific customer focus requirements
- Proactively respond to all customer complaints within 48hrs and ensure containment actions are in place
- Be the customer’s advocates and translate quality requirements to process and production team
- Push for continuous improvement in process and product quality
- Coordinate/lead external ISO, customer and certification schemes’ quality audits
- Assist IQC department in tracking of raw material non-compliance and containment actions on production line
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities - identifying gaps in quality and challenge internal teams for improvement
- The jobholder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.
- Employee must always adhere to instruction given by superior for any reasonable adhoc task assigned during the course of employment.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Management or related
- At least 5 years of experience working in microelectronics / Semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Be adept in standard Microsoft suite tools (i.e. word, excel),
- Relevant experiences in ISO standards certification, and have strong fundamentals and knowledge in Quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Independent as well as a team-player
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication/presentation skills, dynamic and creative-thinking
