**Senior Executive, Emergency Planning
**You will support the hospital’s emergency readiness and response capabilities, through participation and continuous improvement to the hospital’s Civil Emergency, National Emergency and Disease Outbreak response plans. In addition, you will coordinate the hospital’s management and response to peacetime incidents.
**Highlights**:

- Location: Novena
- Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 6pm This is a 1 - 2 years contract ; convertible to permanent depending on experience.

**Challenges**
- Support the review of regular reports and documents under Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management, with engagement of stakeholders
- Support the planning and implementation of Emergency Planning projects
- Provide secretariat support for Emergency Planning-related meetings and track matters arising, project timelines and updates.
- Monitor and update Emergency Planning-related KPIs

**What it takes**:

- Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations and administration
- Prior working experience in crisis/ emergency response management or events management would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills to work across different family groups internally and with external stakeholders.
- An excellent team player who is also able to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details;
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment and be adaptable to new issues that arise as a result of managing emergency situations;
