We are looking for a driven and resourceful **Business Development Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business success. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Growth**: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Sales Excellence**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new deals.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently monitor progress toward sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Industry Engagement**: Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year in business development, sales, or a related field. Will be great if it is in Interior Design or Construction industry
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
- **Project Management**: Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- **Results-Driven**: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- **Adaptability**: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently when needed.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
