...The position is a critical front-line administrative support function for the department that supports various stakeholders in the various Academic programs (as assigned). Some areas of work include:

- Manage the registration process for UG/PG students (as assigned) to exam matters.
- Manage students’ inquiries timely and support academic faculty’s inquiries with service conviction
- Ensure all SOPS relating to Academic matters are updated, shared, and implemented accordingly. This includes the Student exchange-related matters.
- Manage payments for teaching staff.
- Regular Quarterly Management reporting to Management.
- General Office Administrative matters

... A good Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in office management related to the education industry.

Meticulous, systematic and well-organized Able to multi-task

Pleasant personality and Clear-minded thinking

Possess effective communication and written skills
