Accounts Assistant/permanent Part-time

**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Account Assistant will provide accounting support to the Finance Team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations in the finance environment, providing support in accounts payables and receivables. This position is on a permanent part-time basis; working either half-day everyday or full-day on 3-days work week.
- Recording receipts and preparing payments
- Creating donor records in Donor Management System
- Monitor procurement for the organisation’s program
- Filing financial records and important documentation
- Collating and submitting documents from conferences for yearly audit
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 'O' Level, professional certificate / NITEC in office skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Some related working experience is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
