Accounts & Admin Assistant (Part Time)

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant (part-time) that can provide accounting and minor administrative support to the finance department.
**Job Duties, Responsibilities,**:
- Assist in general finance / accounts duties
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system
- Bookkeeping
- Compile the relevant business documentation
- Assist in general admin duties e.g. handling phone calls, filling
**Qualification and other Requirements**:
- Min Diploma/ GCE “O” Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in accounting positions.
- Having a positive attitude and the initiative to work well.
- Having Team oriented mind-set all time.
- This is a Permanent Part-Time position (3 or 4 working days in a week)
