**主要职责:**
- 领导并监督整个厨房运作,包括饺子和面条的制作,确保口味和品质符合菜单标准
- 管理和培训厨房员工(包括包饺师),确保严格按照配方制作、控制份量及遵守食品安全法规
- 优化厨房工作流程,提高效率,减少浪费
- 维持厨房环境的清洁、卫生,确保符合食品安全要求
- 协调库存管理,及时订购原材料,保障运营顺畅
- 监控食品成本,合理控制厨房开支,确保品质不受影响
- 安排厨房排班,确保人员充足,包括轮班及周末值班
- 及时专业地处理厨房突发问题
**职位要求:**
- 能适应快节奏、高压力的工作环境
- 拥有中餐或饺子专门厨房厨师长或高级厨师经验
- 具备优秀的领导力和团队管理能力,能够激励及培养员工
- 具备良好的组织与沟通能力
- 能接受轮班制,包含周末及节假日工作

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including the preparation of dumplings and noodles, ensuring taste and quality meet menu standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff (including Dumpling Chefs), ensuring strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety regulations
- Optimize kitchen workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management and timely procurement of raw materials to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food costs and control kitchen expenses without compromising quality
- Schedule kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage, including shifts and weekend duties
- Handle kitchen emergencies promptly and professionally
**Job Requirements**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Chinese cuisine or dumpling-focused kitchens
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
