**The Role**:
As a Programme Coordinator & Client Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the welcoming face of our swim school, ensuring every client interaction is warm and memorable. Your responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and families with a smile and assisting with inquiries, registrations, and scheduling.
- Providing clear and enthusiastic information about our swim programmes, facilities, and policies.
- Managing client accounts, payments, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolving client concerns to ensure overall satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborating with swim coaches and other team members to coordinate class schedules and maintain smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for swimming and promoting water safety.
- A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
