Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Specialty

**Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative and operational support to the Geriatric Services Hub (GSH) programme, in addition to engaging and coordinating with community partners, managing data, and any other tasks that may be deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.
- To facilitate, coordinate and implement GSH initiatives.
- To work with community partners to facilitate recruitment of patients for the programme
- To ensure that the programme is meeting the desired clinical, process, financial and resource utilisation outcomes.
- To integrate care by liaising with relevant stakeholders, e.g. doctors, therapists, community partners etc. This involves:
- Preparation of agreements for the GSH objectives,
- Coordination and execution of the planned approach to training primary care physicians
- To establish workflows related to the services provided by the GSH mobile team
- To submit and track claims for GSH mobile team and other programme expenses.
- To manage patient information flow to and from partner institutions, as well as ensuring appropriate consent taking protocols have been adhered to.
- To perform data entry, collation and extraction as required.
- To collate and analyse data as part of the multi-centre study, and ensure that the objectives are met.
- To prepare KPI reports, presentations and audit submissions where appropriate
- To undertake any other programmes, projects and pilots as assigned by the RO or Project Director.
**Requirements**:
- Good degree in any field from a recognized university
- Self-motivated, creative, resourceful and mature with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Skillful in handling inter-personal relations and working as a team.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in a healthcare setting would be preferred
