The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will be providing marketing and administrative support for the Innovation and Technology Transfer division. This role will report to the Deputy Director, Innovation and Technology Transfer.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule meetings including preparation of meeting notice, dissemination of documents, and recording meeting minutes (if needed)
- Update industry contact details and meeting notes into the Industry Contacts Management System
- Support documentation of projects and agreements into sharepoint, including liaising with internal divisions
- Support events management activities for the division, including booking of venue, arrangement of food and beverage, and other logistics
- Manage the sharepoint folders for the division
- Any other administrative duties and responsibilities within the scope of the division
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Admin with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess marketing and event management experience, or with paralegal experience
- An excellent communicator who has a flair for language and is highly adept with the English written word
- Good experience in both promotional campaign management and event management (physical and/or virtual) will be preferred
