The Emerging Systems Division focuses research and development on a broad spectrum of capabilities that are critical to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) defence systems. These include antenna design and electromagnetics, as well as next-wave technologies in the areas of lasers and advanced materials.

Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive to support project administration and business planning functions as well as corporate reporting. You will work closely with Project Managers, Division’s management and corporate departments to ensure smooth project execution, resource planning and timely reporting at both division and organization levels.

In this role, you will:

- Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across different functions and levels
- Assist in the consolidation and analysis of annual business plan before submission for management approval
- Monitor and track resource utilization (e.g. manpower, office space) and highlight any potential gaps or issues
- Monitor project financial status and ensure timely escalation of risks and budget issues
- Maintain accuracy and consistencies in all data and work submissions

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in business-related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is preferred
- Good knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Able to communicate and work well with colleagues across different levels and departments
- Enjoys working with numbers and with attention to details
