**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**

Guarantee the quality of the production of costing, pricing, business case, project

quotation and reporting while managing some activities directly, ensure that all activities and the end-to-end process are well performed by the team and covering the entire scope of entities within

the region

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **

Master the concepts, principles and related tools with regards to cost accounting, costing, pricing, service based reporting (SBR) for the AXA Servcies Asia organization across the region. 
- Implement and maintain the Cost’IT process and tools for the region 
- Perform the costing and the pricing of new products 
- Define and perform the Solution Delivery charge-back model (SBR) 
- Oversee the production of price cards and product catalogs across the region 
- Make sure costing models, price cards, service base reporting and business cases are supported by the appropriate documentation (cost allocation, inventories,...) 
- Maintain and update license recurring and S&M allocation based on Master Contract
- Register and individual contract matrix 
- Present the price cards and service based reporting to the clients 
- Ensure the revison and the maintenance of service lines descriptions 
- Produce the AR financial information 
- Calculate and maintain marginal unit rates for technical service lines 
- Define and control the production of recurring and ad hoc reports related to Projects and BAU activities for both price card and budget purpose 
- Manage the supporting team from the back-office organization

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree holder in accountancy / financial management or equivalent combined with strong IT background (Distributed, Workplace, Network domains) and with 10 years of costing experience
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and can work under pressure.
- Strong at effectively handling multiple priorities under time and delivery pressures in a changing business environment
- Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
