**Sales and Marketing (CCO)**

**Customer Services**

**Key accountabilities**
- _Assist Sales team in sales related admin tasks._
- _Prepare standard price quotations to customers, manage customer contact data base and enter data into CRM tools. _
- _Process orders, changes and churn requests. _
- _Work closely with Colt Order Processing and Service Delivery team to follow up on order process and service delivery status to update Sales as well Customers. _
- _Check and verify information by accessing various internal system tools._
- _Address billing issues and account receivables by coordinating with the finance team and the customers_ _
- _Provide support at sales related customer events._
- _Prepare and maintain accurate report_
- _May need to join customer call with when necessary_

**Relationships and key contacts
- _Reporting to local lead and Manager in Japan _
- _Internal and external business stakeholders_

**Role specific requirements**

**Skills & Experience
- _Fluent in English _
- _Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and_
- excellent active listening skills_

**Qualifications
- _Responsible attitude with passion in Telecom industry _
- _Minimum 3 years of experience in working in Sales Support or_
- Customer Support._
- _Basic knowledge of IT services._
- _Working knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel / Word /PowerPoint)_
