- Part of the regional Shopee FP&A team, consolidate, analyse and present to senior management the latest financial outlook from different Shopee countries
- Be actively involved in shaping the finance agenda for the region by working closely with senior management to forecast growth and budget
- Prepare management reports for decision-makers and draw out actionable insights from financial data to influence strategy and performance
- Manage end-to-end special projects (e.g., problem definition, hypothesis testing) and implement changeDrive Finance related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use
- Coach and lead junior members of the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
- 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience with mininum 2 years in FP&A
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong bias towards action and driving results
- Organised, demonstrate skills in prioritisation & ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
