Responsible for leading Asia FP&A process, continuously improving forecasting & reporting quality. Partnering closely with commercial team across the region to provide financial analysis and insights to help business decision making. (Regional consolidation and Japan)

Responsible for leading Asia FP&A process, continuously improving forecasting & reporting quality. Partnering closely with commercial team across the region to provide financial analysis and insights to help business decision making. (Regional consolidation and Japan)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead variance planning cycles for the region, e.g. quarterly projection, annual budgeting and long range planning, by working closely with country commercial team and finance team.
- Prepare and Lead planning reviews between country and regional teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on targets.
- Lead country FP&A team to ensure targets are submitted to system accurately and timely.
- Lead regional full P&L variance analysis for actual performance against budget/Projection/Prior Year for the month, QTD, YTD.
- Working with FP&A COE team to ensure reporting is standardized across the region and meets business needs.
- In charge of regional consolidation for all regional FP&A activities, leverage on COE FP&A team support to improve forecasting and reporting processes continuously and to standardize reporting.
- Provide analytics and decision support to regional leadership team and Japan leadership team, on financial analysis, project financials or business case development
- Work with accounting & controllership team to ensure regional book closing is accurate and on time.
- Support line manager on other ad-hoc finance related matters.

Our Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance related.
- Certified Accountant qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in FP&A and minimum 3 years in regional consolidation is a must.
- Highly proficient with excel, experience in Macro/BPC/SAP is an advantaged.
- Collaborative, problem solving-oriented, self-driven and independent
- Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines, detailed and meticulous
- Good oral and written communication capabilities is required, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge in US GAAP is preferred
