**JOB PURPOSE**
- The Demand Planner is responsible for preparing and releasing the unconstrained, realistic demand plan as input to Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP). The demand plan is fully disaggregated to the customer ship-to/SKU level and made available with a rolling of 18-month horizon. As part of demand plan creation, the Demand Planner is responsible for validating statistical forecast vs. sales forecast, unconstrained demand plan vs. BP and last S&OP, distributing and consolidating the regional forecasting templates._

Following the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting, the Demand Planner will update and release the agreed demand plan, including sales allocations when applicable. The scope of the work is all the demand planning for ETP products including Non FR/segment and KSA products within Polymer business WITH the overall objective of developing a true picture of customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:**
- Develop unconstrained demand plan by consolidating sales office forecasts and statistical forecast, review and challenge demand plan in collaboration with Marketing.
- Update the demand plan based on the S&OP feedback and generate the sales office allocations based on Agreed demand plan to guide sales planning and execution.
- Monitor actual sales order intake against allocation, maintain uninterrupted order flow by adjusting allocation within approved limits in collaboration with Sales team.
- Monitor service level performance including Demand Planning Accuracy, DOI, Aging and identify improvement opportunities and take appropriate actions with collaboration cross functionally
- Quarterly update customer clustering analysis based on most recent data; as required, review clustering based on major customer changes and recommend updates within regular update cycle
- Data Analyzing and reporting.
- Support manager with risk assessment and suggest mitigation plan
- Governance master data accuracy and driven master data clean up periodically

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Planning.
