**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Affiliate Supply Chain Planner - is accountable for the supply chain planning and coordination within own Assets of ROA affiliates.
A total of 832 thousand metric ton distributed to cover global demand - ROA, GC, MEAF, EUR and AMR. Both parties should have a weekly monitoring call to discuss and review the performance and on a monthly basis, we should conduct the S&OP meeting to share the progress, the plan down the road and what is the expectation from both parties. on the other hand, the affiliate planner will represents all tactical supply chain planning activities at ROA assets level and the development of demand planning for ROA region and supply planning for global to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Pre Sales & Operations Planning (pre S&OP), Regional S&OP meeting and Affiliate Sales & Operation meeting.

The scope of the work is work on the annual production forecast, monthly production plan, regional demand planning, supply & Inventory planning for Affiliates in ROA, as well as stock transfer planning to keep agreed level of inventory at plants. It also includes an active coordination with Preface production planner to ensure we produce the demand requested by the BU to achieve goals within the business products which has been produced in ROA affiliates with the overall objective to maximize margin. Thus, all the above should be within the constraints set by service level requirements, strategic plans, and physical limitations that are changeable and neuromas variables. once the value team meeting is being setup, the planner should prepare, organized and present the SC KPI's related to the plant and BU to bring the challenges and discus improvements.

This position supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through excellence in supply chain planning.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reflects the outcome of the pre-S&OP and affiliate S&OP into a production/replenishment plan to match the OP-1 and the BP
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet customer demand, Inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving inventory and service KPI.
- Optimize production plan via coordination with plant and manage distribution to regions across globe in line with company strategy
- Monitor inventory level and make appropriate action to keep optimized inventory level aligning to KPI
- Plan Feeder vessel against production plan and stock transfer within region with suitable combination of service, cost and inventory level at plant
- To submit the monthly outlook production plan to keep the plan prepared on the raw material and the production sequence
- Supply chain service Level Performance & Continuous Improvement
- To prepare reporting on a regular basis

**MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree in in Operations Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years, preferably supply chain in the petrochemicals industry
- Possess good knowledge of S&OP cycle, production/demand/supply planning
