The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) is a new position to address and support the Company’s development and discover new opportunities. The Deputy CEO shall support the Group CEO and be responsible for strategic development and transformation to assure growth, stability and sustainability for the company, stakeholders, and employees.

**Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the Group CEO in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance market share, profitability and return on investment for the Company’s key businesses of sludge management, AI technology for wastewater management and membrane technology and production
- Take the lead in business development and play an active role to optimize market share and profitability
- Make plans for the future development and growth of the Company in developed and developing markets for the Company's products and services
- Maintain commercial viability and feasibility of projects and developments to achieve balance between issues of social responsibilities, environmental sustainability and economic viability
- Establish, lead and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with government agencies, investors and clients
- Keep the business development of the Company under constant review and present to the Board periodic statements, accounts, reports and statistics showing the progress and performance of the Company (including the other Group Companies)

**Qualifications
- Minimum Master Degree in Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in environmental industry, experience in sludge management, AI technology for wastewater treatment, membrane technology and manufacturing is preferred
- Prior management experience and regional exposure, particularly in China, is preferred
- Strong skills in communication, financial analysis and project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Chinese to conduct presentations and liaise with Chinese speaking audience
