You will lead the SingHealth’s cluster-wide data platform implementation and policy harmonisation efforts and serve as the operational anchor for the SingHealth Data Science Innovation and Research Platforms (SDIRP), with primary focus on establishing governance framework, resource optimisation, and cross-functional execution across the platforms.
With an analytical mind and clear understanding of long and short-term objectives, you will support the office on budgeting for the department and the various research platforms. You are also expected to provide operational and administrative leadership for the department and enhance work process integration. You will actively represent SingHealth in national policy discussions on population-level research data and oversee process improvement initiatives to streamline governance and ensure audit readiness. You will manage strategic partnerships and align operational efforts with institutional and national health priorities.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Executives and Executives, offering guidance and fostering their professional development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in healthcare, computing, or a STEM-related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in budget control, policy development, research administration, and team management
- Excellent interpersonal and project leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and regulators
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A driven and independent worker who is able to manage priorities
