We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for some who is tech-savvy and customer centric. The implementation manager should be able to provide our customers with solutions to solve their business problems. The implementation manager should understand the customers’ business needs and technical environment and design the best implementation to that best caters our services to them.

In this role, you’ll get to:

- Consult and design implementations that deliver business value to our customers
- Take charge of customer relations to ensure customer success together with Customer Success team
- Acquire a deep understanding of client’s requirements and provide timely and accurate consultative services according to JobTech’s solution and feature
- Front customer engagements from implementation to solution go live
- Design JobTech’s solution to meet the customer’s technical environment in terms of migrations, flows and pipeline based on your technical expertise (for example, SSO, data formats, SOAP, REST etc)
- Make sure the project stays on track by coordinating between customers‘ business/technical stakeholders on tasks/project timelines and internal technical resources
- End-to-end management of solution implementation from configuration, customisation, UAT to production cutover
- Be in charge of end-to-end release management and deployments
- Document implementation details and configuration to ensure efficiency and consistency in the platform and future developments
- Work efficiently on multiple projects and deadlines both independently and in a team
- Work closely with Customer Success team to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction

So here’s what we are looking for:

- At least 2 years of experience implementing a software solution in an organisation. Experience implementing a HR solution is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Good IT project management skills. Has directly managed end-to-end SaaS configuration, integration and release management
- Past experience working in a software programming or data analytics role. Enterprise programming experience is a bonus
- Working knowledge of Microservice/SOAP architecture.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- An understanding of the recruitment, learning advisory and labour market analysis field is an advantage
- Passion for working in a start-up and fast-paced environment
