Are you an experienced project Implementation Manager who is passionate about delivering on crucial project deadlines?

Our company is seeking a project Implementation Manager to drive the implementation of new systems for our company. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a strong leader who has the ability to influence decision-makers and juggle various priorities at any given time.

i-Tracking is a leading GPS device manufacturer and software developer by providing customization for GPS Fleet Management Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of their team, products objectives
- Identify organizational needs for new software or technology that will help with efficiency and/or performance.
- Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining great relationships
- Manage the whole change cycle
- Proactively identify and deliver on growth opportunities within assigned accounts
- Manage entire change management process for all relevant stakeholders
- Identify gaps in the business where software can help with performance and efficiency, assess the market for suitable technology and make recommendations to the business
- Roll out the implementation of new software, processes, technologies.

**Job Requirements**:

- The ability to identify areas for improvement
- A self-starter with demonstrated commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
