**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the daily operation and customer support to improve market share and profitability for the business.

2. Assist the managing director and coordinate with China and Thailand management. Provide regular reports/information to the management team on market / customer /sales movements; Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all business development activities.

3. Work closely with global regional technical and commercial team to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth, and Work with the technical team in China and Singapore to create technical proposal. Collaborate with the Clinical Vertical Divisional team to develop business plans and go-to-market strategies in line with the Clinical Verticals overall business objectives,

4. Interact with internal R&D team and external partners in Singapore to implement the IVD and genomics data solution for the clinical diagnostic users or genomics servicing lab in Southeast AsiaPlan and coordinate regulatory strategies appropriate to the intended use and target markets of medical devices designed, manufactured and distributed by Vishuo.

5.Ensure regulatory strategies for new product: e.g. testing, standards, predicates, indications, etc. are implemented. Provide post market regulatory support through product feedback monitoring and corrective actions according to medical device regulations. Participate in regional project collaborations and keep abreast of new regulatory requirements & trends.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**

1.Degree in Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or relevant field.

2.At least 2 years industry experience with a Biomedical or IVD background. Relevant experience in sales or technical support for IVD, Genomics, or clinical research is a plus.

3. Speak English and Mandarin. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels.

5. Team player with the ability to work independently. Professional, self-motivated, focused, and creative.
