**Senior Executive, Examinations and Assessments**

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a Senior Executive who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.

In-Course Assessments
- Consolidate and format test questions
- Liaise with IT team on the upload and online testing of the questions.
- Support leads in the conduct of the tests
- Process and monitor students’ results
- Provide regular updates on students’ academic performance to the respective academic monitoring groups

Written and Practical Examinations (Formative and Summative)
- Plan examination dates and timeline for processing of examinations results.
- Liaise with faculty members, NTU and healthcare institution staff on logístical and manpower arrangements for the examinations.
- Support item writing and training workshops for examiners and simulated patients.
- Set up examination venues and assessment management system.
- Process and analyse examination results.
- Prepare individual diagnostic reports for students.
- Provide secretariat support for examination committees.
- Liaise with NTU OAS for the approval and release of examination results.

Examination questions (for written and practical examinations) and papers
- Support item writing workshops for faculty members.
- Coordinate submission of examination questions by faculty members.
- Support blueprinting, standard setting and approval of examination papers.
- Ensure secured printing and storage of examination papers.
- Process, analyse and monitor performance of examination questions.
- Provide secretariat support for the Standard Setting and OSCE Planning Committees.

Examination Administration and Events
- Manage the examination mailbox for enquiries from students and/or faculty members.
- Support the review and updates of examination policies and processes.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination data.
- Manage the Assessment Management System.
- Support Education Management and LKCMedicine events.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience in education administration
- Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.
- Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management
- Resilient, meticulous and analytical
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
