**About The Role**:
We at PEI Group are looking for an Event Operations Manager to join our welcoming, diverse, and growing team based here in Singapore.
Our APAC Event Operations team runs 10+ events across the APAC region and provides premium content and networking opportunities for the most senior level executives within the alternative investment industries. As an Event Manager you will report to our Head of Event Operations - APAC (based in Singapore) and oversee the logístical design for live events in the APAC region.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage all logístical design arrangements for event portfolio assignments; including the following: direct liaison with the venue contact from pre-planning phase to onsite execution.
- Responsible for the ongoing build and final view of each designated event.
- Collaborate with the Conference Producer on speaker deliverables including scheduling of prep calls.
- Liaise/Support the Customer Services Team in APAC to ensure the delegate registration process for each event is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on event timeline progress to Head of Event Operations and relevant conference personnel assigned to specific segments of the even.
Manage delivery of post-conference material to speakers, delegates and sponsors.- Process all conference invoices to ensure prompt payment and facilitation of post-event P&L accounts.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure the conference websites are accurate and up to date with relevant key details.
- Work closely with the our Design team to ensure that all designs and logos are accurate.
- Manage physical assets of the conference department including laptops, monitors, stands, archives, AV equipment etc.
- Manage third-party vendors such as App developer, AV, videographer etc. assigned to event.
- Post-event reporting on onsite experience and best practices.
**About You**:
**_ Requirements_**
Although we are keeping direct experience and knowledge requirements to a minimum, we do need you to demonstrate your capabilities in relation to the points listed under essential requirements in the person specification. You should be prepared to discuss illustrations on how your competencies have helped you to achieve positive results.
**_Essential Skills & Experience:_**
- Ideally you will have circa 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B conference business.
- Experience with working on multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience with Sponsorship management and managing even deliverables.
- Experience with building and managing events platforms such as events apps and/or virtual event platforms.
- Experience with being the sole lead on an event for 100-250 people, including managing all aspects of the event from registration, speaker, sponsor & venue management to on the day running of the event including the virtual platform.
