Our Client is a leading Japanese entertainment company, producer of collectible card games and trading cards. They are looking for a Events Executive to join them.
- Organize official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing collaterals and event logistics
- Perform quality checks to ensure all marketing materials meet brand and production standards
- Visit warehouse occasionally to prepare and pack marketing collaterals
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage backend administration of shop tournaments such as schedules and registration
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage and support exhibition events
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events Job

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
