Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Responsibilities* Provide support to the Financial Planning Advisory (FPA), Treasures and Home Advisory Specialist (HAS) Franchises* Manage and review KPI, incentive, rewards and recognition programmes* Manage post-incentive plan reviews at country and regional committee* Manage expense within budget for incentive, rewards and recognition programmes* Manage the planning, execution, communication and results of incentive, rewards and recognition programmes (BSA Results, BSA Gala Events, BSA Recognition Trip, BOB Results)* Manage KPI and incentive plan e-Learning modules and calculators* Work with stakeholders on feedback and improvement to current programmes* Provide data analytics on incentive performance and programmes required by country and regional committees* Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the deptRequirements* A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in performance management and scorecard development* Knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Products would be an advantage* Comfortable with presenting and able to build presentation decks* Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating with senior management* Business acumen and data analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities* Detailed oriented and comfortable working with data* Good team player and willing to learn and guide others* Able to manage multiple tasks within an agreed timeline* Project management skills with a sense of urgency* Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
