Senior Strategic Finance Associate

We are looking for a Senior **Strategic Finance Associate **to join our **Finance team **. This is a key contributor who will influence and identify business strategies using data-driven insights to maximise the organisation's market value.

The Senior Strategic Finance Associate will serve as a business partner to the Commercial team and will play a critical role in the decision-making process through sophisticated analyses and accurate forecasts. You will also undertake specific projects and help drive continuous improvements to our processes, especially as we scale and expand into new markets.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Serve as the main business partner to Commercial Director and regional sales leads, to optimise cash flow and improve top line performance;
- Work closely with the Commercial team to develop and maintain robust incentive and discount processes;
- Conduct in-depth analytical reviews of sales performance, incentives, and discounts;
- Identify growth opportunities or provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency and productivity;
- Lead financial planning cycles for the Commercial team and regional sales offices;
- Support ad-hoc projects, including process and system improvement initiatives, M&A projects, and Fundraising and Investor activities.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in relevant finance functions (Eg. financial planning and analysis or business analysis);
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or other relevant degrees;
- Strong hands-on experience in performing advanced financial and ad-hoc analysis using Excel;
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; skilled in financial planning and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working with multiple stakeholders and upper management;
- Experience with Netsuite, Xero, and CRM software(Hubspot, Salesforce) preferred.
