**Associate/**Senior Associate**, **Strategic Digital Assets Solutions**

We are looking for an **Associate/Senior Associate**, **Strategic Digital Assets Solutions**,** to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore.

**What we offer**:

- Support the Strategic Digital Assets Solutions team for deal execution for a range of deal types, including but not limited to capital raising in traditional instruments (e.g, equity fundraising) and/or token instruments (e.g. NFTs, non-security tokens)
- Assist in various stages of deal execution, including transaction due diligence, dataroom managements, strategic communications with investors, etc
- Understanding of various valuation methodologies with the ability to build financial models, incorporating “token-economics” considerations
- Actively participate in the origination and ideation of innovative tokenization commercial use cases to strategically address the challenges our clients face
- Assist in preparation of external client materials and pitchbooks
- Conduct thematic research to generate insights on Web 3.0 market trends and sector landscape
- Prepare materials for executive board and new business board for internal approvals for new deals

**What you offer**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and/or M&A-related work
- Prior experience and understanding of investor roadshow process for private market fundraising
- Strong passion for the digital asset space with awareness of developments in tokenization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Additional Asian language is a plus
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to high standards of deliverables with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with databases such as Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Messari
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university
- Passed CMFAS Module 4: Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services
