Director Industry Solutions - EMEA

As a Director Industry Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and execution of key consulting projects for o9 Solutions. Your primary responsibility is the definition and management of consulting projects for o9 customers. Those projects, Proof-of-Concept (POC) or Prototypes and Blueprints of implementations require not only a technology solution but also a strong management consulting capability to advise our customers on their Planning processes, their organizations and how our technology will solve their challenges and enable new best practice processes.

Your role will report to the Industry Solutions QB Lead.

What you’ll do for us- Drive and design Industry Consulting projects to ensure successful completion of POC and Blueprints projects- Deliver Industry Consulting projects in link with all teams from Sales, Presales, Industry QB and Delivery teams- Guide clients in the definition of their key use cases and challenges to shape the POC projects as well as drive the change management and Executive engagement at the customer- Engage and help with the Sales and Pre-sales team in correctly framing customer challenges and providing the best practice and technology solution to address them- Support Sales team in convincing customers to adopt o9 Solutions at the end of POC projects.- Develop Thought leadership in key Planning Processes in link with rest of o9 teams- Support Industry QB in developing Industry POV and thought leadership.

What you’ll have- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of Supply Chain and Operations experience combined with 10+ years of experience with Executive Sales, Project Management and/or tier-one Consulting Firm- Education: A Master’s degree, preferred MBA from top tier University- Characteristics: You are a Strategic thinker who blends consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives.

Tech-savvy, you also need to know how to run a software demo.- Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills- We really value team spirit: Transparency and frequent communication is key.
