- Integrating the community and the business with inuential public relations activities
- Keep up professional aliations for augmenting professional growth
- Keeping the company up-to-date with latest business trends.
- Organizing business activities and delegating duties to appropriate managers - Preparing yearly budget and nancial reports and Attend and prepare for the meeting, to work towards the company direction.
- Assist the Fleet manager to developing relationship and communicating with customer to achieve customer satisfactions.
- Develop manuals onboard relating to the vessel’s operation
- Ensure that all vessels comply with statutory and classification society requirements includingthe client/charterer requirement.
- Responsible to identify applicable guidelines, codes, regulations and standards required.Ensure that all procedures and tasks carried out have complied with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate all actions to be taken in an emergency situation onboard the vessel
- **Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the marine industry
- Prior managerial experience with more than 5 years of experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong agility in managing tight deadlines
