**Job Opening: Head of Operations & Supply Chain**:

As **Head of Operations & Supply Chain**, you will be the cornerstone of Farmio’s food distribution engine. You’ll oversee end-to-end operations across warehouse management, logistics, supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and supply chain optimization. Your leadership will ensure fresh, essential products—eggs, oil, and rice—are sourced competitively, stored efficiently, and delivered reliably to our B2B customers across Singapore.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to scale a tech-driven supply chain, build systems, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement in one of Asia’s fastest-growing food tech companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain & Operations Management**:

- Lead Farmio’s end-to-end supply chain across **eggs, oil, and rice**—from sourcing to last-mile delivery.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve **cost, speed, and reliability**.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and AI agents to ensure smooth operations.Plan and manage daily operations while improving long-term scalability and efficiency.

**Warehouse & Inventory**:

- Oversee inventory planning, inbound & outbound flows, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure the **quality, freshness, and safety**of food products at all stages.Implement warehouse best practices and technology to reduce errors and optimize space.

**Logistics & Driver Management**:

- Manage daily delivery schedules, driver routing, and logistics planning.
- Optimize route efficiency to lower cost-per-delivery while meeting SLAs.Build and lead a high-performance driver and fulfillment team.

**Supplier & Pricing Management**:

- Develop strong relationships with key suppliers across Singapore and the region.
- **Negotiate prices and terms**to ensure Farmio remains cost-competitive.Monitor market trends and anticipate shifts in commodity pricing and supply availability.

**Technology & Process Improvement**:

- Leverage Farmio’s tech tools (AI agents, ERP, logistics software) to automate and scale operations.
- Identify new tools or systems to improve visibility, tracking, and decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with the product and tech teams to refine operations.

**Financial & Performance Oversight**:

- Own KPIs across inventory turnover, delivery performance, cost control, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to align operations with business goals.
- Report regularly to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Start-up mentality and mindset to grow together with the company
- **3+ years**of experience in end-to-end supply chain/operations, preferably in food distribution.
- Experience managing perishable goods (eggs, fresh produce, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in pricing negotiation, warehouse oversight, and logistics optimization.
- Fluent in **both English and Chinese**(spoken & written) to coordinate with suppliers and drivers.Hands-on leader with a data-driven mindset and strong execution capabilities.
