APJC Campaign Program Manager
About the role:
 This role supports the APJC campaign team. You will be responsible for providing program operational and activation support, and coordination across the 2 of the main campaigns and associated webinars. You will be ensuring the appropriate processes, tools, and coordination are in place to support a regional team and execute against business priorities.
What You’ll do
- Manage the creation, translation, approvals, and final activation of the cross-sell / upsell programs as part of the designated campaigns.
- Support the regional campaigns team lead as required in activation of various other programs that form part of the designated campaigns.
- Partner with regional and country teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated activation of the campaigns, in line with the plan developed by the leads.
- Provide budgeting support for the team, ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are processed on time.
- Assist the campaign leads in preparation of quarterly review presentations and work with I&A to gather required information to populate the slides.
- Be available as a backup contact point when campaign leads are on PTO or unavailable.

- SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Domo
Who you’ll work with:
 You will work primarily with one of the most innovative and inclusive Marketing teams in the Asia Pacific Region. We are a small close-knit group who are passionate about winning as a team and ensuring we have some fun on the way. We are part of the larger APJC Digital organisation, and you will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with this team. You will also engage with the Regional Theatre Marketing teams, Regional BE leads, and Global Campaign leads.
Who you are:
- You will have a background in marketing coordination, communication, and operations. You will have worked closely with regional and global marketing teams. Strong English language skills are critical and the ability to work with virtual teams a must.
- Must be willing to occasionally work early mornings and/or late evenings to accommodate for meetings with Australia, Europe, and the US.
- You will be passionate about learning, growth, your team, and understanding the market dynamics in which you operate.
- Demonstrable understanding of the unique qualities, cultures, and business acumen in Asia Pacific markets.
