**Campaign Program Manager**
As the Campaign Program Manager, you'll be supporting our client’s Marketing Managers with building marketing campaigns, creating product launch assets, and developing marketing materials for internal and external audiences, for our client’s APAC wide eCommerce presence and channels. The marketing team is tasked with showcasing flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running campaigns and promotions, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities, analysis and research, and finding creative ways to bring unique online shopping experiences to life.

You will need to support the marketing team with these tasks and be an innovative problem-solver and project manager that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy

Role:

- Manage the annual marketing calendar (campaigns, growth, launch projects) in partnership with multiple local and in-country marketing teams
- Manage the e-commerce site homepage calendar in partnership with Global teams to ensure the homepage destination reflect the updated consumer demand & in-market brand activity
- For globally led campaigns, influence strategy with prioritized localisation on content & timeline and get alignment with local and regional stakeholders
- For regionally led campaigns & growth projects, supporting the Regional teams on the campaign creation process from kickoff, brief development, to briefing execution team and partnering agencies around asset deliverables & localisations, running creative review meetings with relevant stakeholders and delivery according to plan.
- Manage all product promotions merchandising on-site (campaigns promotions, launch promotions, evergreen promotions, 3P promotions etc), partnering closely with cross functional teams - sales teams, marketing teams, merchandising teams
- Partner with the global and regional teams on improving process efficiencies pre & post launch to help refine launch execution processes
- Analyse post-launch metrics and compile insights and learnings from both internal and external sources for global and regional campaign briefs

You:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience ideally in technology, eCommerce or agency with accounts from the former industries.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and campaign management with at least 5+ years of experience working on e-commerce, retail merchandising or possessing a strong understanding of the retail landscape
- Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context, and proven management of cross functional teams
- Experience working with digital web tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop etc) and/or has the aptitude to master it with mínimal guidance.
- Experience working with creative agencies to deliver creative assets and copy.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity, demonstrated ability to deliver with minimum guidance.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.
