Job summary
The ProServe Global Specialty Practice (GSP) for Advisory supports large enterprise customers with the non-technical aspects (people, governance, change management, innovation, and culture) of their business transformations as they evolve into digital enterprises supported by the Cloud Operating Model. The central GSP team is quite small, but it supports a wide community of consultants across the Area who specialize in Advisory but who report into field sales and delivery teams.
As a Principal consultant, you will provide consulting directly to enterprise customers and be expected to spend at least 50% of your time directly engaged with customers.
All consultants in the GSP also have a specialty role. Yours will be Enablement. In this capacity, you will be expected to enable the field across APJC, ensuring that our consultants are fully trained to sell and deliver Advisory offerings, that they are continuously delivering with the highest quality, and that they are converting experience-earned knowledge into ProServe IP (30%).
Up to 50% travel expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and coach a best-in-class matrixed team of advisory delivery consultants across APJC, helping them to constantly mature how they deliver services to Enterprise customers.
- Support sellers in the pre-sales motion for strategic deals.
- Engage hands-on as a senior delivery resource
- Convert field knowledge into AWS IP (public artifacts and references).
- Help create a sense of community in the field despite individual consultants being spread across many geographic practices
