**About the role**
We are seeking to hire a Cross Asset Solution Sales Director at Guotai Junan International Securities (Singapore). The role is responsible for carrying out distribution of equity/fixed income derivatives in the region.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Source new institutional clients for Equities/Fixed Income derivatives
- Maintain and develop business relationship with institutional clients
- Produce and execute marketing and sales plan targeting the growth of institutional clients base
- Organise and participate in corporate meetings and other investor events in the region
- Pitching ideas across assets classes
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years relevant experience in Global Markets and Financial industry
- Good knowledge in Equity/Fixed Income Derivatives
- Good connection with regional private wealth distributors, Asset Managers, Hedge Fuds and/or other type of institutional investors
- Familiar with onshore/offshore Greater China cross-border markets would be a plus
