**About our group**:
The Manager of Global Investigations reports directly to the Director of Global Investigations and is a member of Seagate’s legal staff. Members of Seagate’s Legal, Government Relations and the Global Trust & Security department are diverse, dynamic, innovative, and engaged. The Manager of Global Investigations and their team work collaboratively with every function across Seagate’s 57 sites to protect Seagate and support Seagate’s strategy and objectives. **About the role - you will**:
- Lead and grow a world-class Investigations team including managing employees, contractors, and vendors in the APAC region
- Provide due diligence with ethics investigations, ensure timely reporting of issues and drive cases to closure
- Develop and implement programs that protect people and assets from theft, fraud, intrusions, or other threats to safety and Seagate’s brand
- Support anti-counterfeit initiatives and processes to protect Seagate’s brand
- Based on risk assessments and other intelligence, provide investigative leadership
- Maintain relationships with local, state/provincial, and federal law enforcement, intelligence, and other related government agencies
- Partner with Legal, Human Resources, and other departments on investigations into security incidents/breaches, fraud, ethics issues, employee-related issues, etc. and assist with any disciplinary or legal matters associated with such incidents
**About you**:
- Broad understanding of internal and external fraud investigations, cybersecurity, surveillance, threat assessment, and management
- Strong cross-functional leadership and team-building skills
- Broad understanding of occupational fraud tests and detection strategies
- Broad understanding of crisis response, law enforcement partnerships, and security technology
- Broad understanding of digital evidence collection, analysis, and DFIR techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Your experience includes**:
- Leading investigations teams focused on ethics investigations
- Working in a large, multinational corporation with experience in technology and manufacturing is preferred
- Working with teams across the APAC region
- Understanding of digital evidence and managing external resource providers
- Ability to assess risk and align resources across borders
- Proven record of accomplishment in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Proficient in reading and speaking Mandarin or Thai language would serve as an advantage as this APAC role would constantly be communicating with Mandarin and Thai speaking stakeholders.
**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
