**Director - Global Investigations**

This role will report directly to the Executive Director, Global Investigations in the Office of General Counsel.

Investigations Counsel responsibilities include acting as a confidential and impartial source to conduct internal Code of Conduct investigations. Responsibilities include managing all high-risk internal investigations for Asia Pacific, Japan (APJ) and East Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) and providing counsel across those regions related to lower-level risk matters.

**Qualifications**:
Education Minimum Requirement:

- Juris Doctorate degree

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Understanding of complex regulations with an ability to communicate to business leaders and employees
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in reporting to and interacting with executive level individuals
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, networking and influencing skills
- Positive attitude
- Leadership skills; Excellent judgment

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- 6 years of relevant Legal experience in investigations or similar matters
- Substantive skills and experience in Anti-Corruption (i.e., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other Anti-Corruption statutes) or similar laws
