**Position Title: Operations Support, Implementation Services** **Location: Singapore** **Your role** - This position offers you the opportunity to expand your skills and experience as you support the Digital Realty Implementations team through a variety of administrative tasks and more. Digital Realty Trust, Inc. focuses on delivering customer-driven data center solutions by providing secure, reliable and cost-effective facilities that meet each customer's unique data center needs. _ **What you’ll do** - _Support project task creation, management and record keeping activities _ - _Support vendor purchase order creation and management of vendor service engagements _ - _Support service order processes, checking system records against orders line items _ - _Managing customer site access requests, task creation, progress updates and task closure _ - _Work across sales, presales, implementation and DC operations teams _ - _Support creation of incidents related to key business IT platforms _ - _Other assigned work tasks _ **What you’ll need** - _Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience _ - _Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills _ - _Interested in problem solving and using analysis to improve processes _ - _Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment _ - _Good team player, able to work independently and collaborate with others _ - _Able to learn, understand and use key IT platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce and Oracle _ **A bit about us** Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
