Customer Service Agent

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. To handle customer service for warehousing and transport operations, including:
- To highlight, troubleshoot and resolve any service issues and customer complaints as well as requests in a timely manner.
- To investigate failures and produce incident reports.
- To promote Strategic Service Excellence and facilitate client relationship management plans.
- To maintain customer service calls log and develop customer relationships through analysis of customer data.
2. To assist the Head of Operations in Business Administration Operations, including:
- To ensure timely and accurate billing on weekly and monthly basis
- To produce reports for management
- To participate in quality assurance projects
- To ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices in accordance with bizSAFE and any other regulations that may apply.
- To support Cross-docking, ensuring sorting of items and pick-and-pack are completed in accordance with customer requirements and SOP.
- To be the 2nd checker for Cargo despatch.
3. To route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.
4. To carry out any other duties as assigned, including adhoc deployment for projects.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years work experience in sales/customer service
- Good communication skills
- Team-player and willingness to learn
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
