About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Victoria Facelift Private Limited. This is a full-time customer-facing role based in the Pasir Ris East Region. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and enhancing the overall customer experience in the beauty industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handling customer enquires, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  3. Providing product information and suggestions to help customers make informed decisions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Upholding the company's brand image and values in all customer interactions
