About the role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Victoria Facelift Private Limited. This is a full-time customer-facing role based in the Pasir Ris East Region. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and enhancing the overall customer experience in the beauty industry.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer enquires, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Providing product information and suggestions to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Upholding the company's brand image and values in all customer interactions
