**Working hours -**

**Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) /(8.30 to 5.30pm)**

**Sat (9am to 1pm)**
- Import - Check Incoming pre-alert from customer/oversea, check instruction.
- Import - Quotation to customer/oversea agents.
- Import - Declare Customs permits, key jobs, do Delivery Order for arrange delivery/ release cargo.
- Import - Once Cargo back to warehouse from clearance need to check cargo.
- Export - Waiting for Customer Services passes down jobs to follow Shipping instruction & create draft AWBs for customers /Overseas Agents to check.
- Export - Pre-draft Customs permits.
- Export - Once Cargo back to warehouse; prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, key submission to Airlines/Terminal.
- Export - Go warehouse check cargo, after checking paste Airlines label on the cargo
- Import & Export - Submission Shpt detail thru website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
- AIR Import / Export.
- Most important Team Work with operation

**Willing to work overtime**
