Job Description
Fragomen is looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to join our business immigration team in Singapore for a 12 months fixed term contract role. The purpose of this role is to assist and support administration and despatch support to the Business Immigration Professionals in the Singapore office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorting of documents and mails
- Make timely collections and deliveries within Singapore
- Provide support in operational activities and handling of administrative duties
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Independent and must be familiar with Singapore roads
- Good communication skills & the ability to liaise with English speaking clients
- Possess a sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Able to commence work at short notice and commit for a 12 months assignment duration
