Singapore REAL TIME FORWARDING PTE. LTD. Full time

To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
- Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
- Knowledge of declaring Forms and COO is preferred
- Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
- Liaise with Shipping Line/Agent for freight quote & booking
- Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents
- Customer-driven, service-oriented and possesses Can-Do attitude
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
