**Role Description**:
A sales and operations manager is a key part of our team to oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. He/she will also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. Examine present business operations to discover gaps and potential for improvement, as well as to identify and remedy problems. Propose fresh business ideas to boost revenue margins. Deal structure and pricing should be supported by business-value analysis, and proposed prices should be negotiated.
2. The trainee will be able to communicate with the director about current production work flow and suggest improvements to ensure a positive and dynamic work environment. The trainee will improve his or her leadership abilities and people management skills.
3. The trainee will identify areas within the company that need to be improved, plan efficient employee development, facilitate technology for better operation, and be competent in strategic planning to improve sales strategies.
4. Trainee will be able to research on competitors and their pharmaceutical products. Trainee will be able to do further research as such to be competitive in the market.
5. The trainee will be able to properly and accurately describe our services to prospects. When working with prospects and clients, the trainee will be able to maintain a professional demeanor.
7. By studying new descriptions, the trainee will be able to update job knowledge. The trainee will be able to obtain a monthly sales quota and develop business.
