Roles & Responsibilities

This position reports to the APJC SE Strategy Planning & Operations (SPO) leader. This role will assist in leading a technical focused-strategic initiatives (ie. programmability, hackathon, demo)

1.Understand the role that technical sellers play in the Sales Cycle and understand the value of the various types of technical sellers
2. Provide program reporting and analytics
3. Program management support of the programs, meeting & enablements
4. Dashboarding of program performance & other metrics
5. Development of execution plans to to scale out impact of strategic initiatives

**Responsibilities**
- Developing Sales aid and tools
- Program & community building and management
- Data analytics and dashboarding
- Training and Development of SEs, SEMs
- Communication strategies & execution
- Motivation and day-to-day of sellers
- Documenting and sharing of best practices
**Competencies**
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
2. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
3. Understand the motivations and goals of a salesforce, especially technical sellers
4. Aptitude and interest in technologies, education in engineering or science preferred

**Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered**

6 months

**Approved Training Allowance (SGD)**
- Fresh Graduates - $2500
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3000
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3500
**Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship**:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
