**ABOUT JANIO**

Janio is a cross-border smart logistics solutions provider in Southeast Asia (SEA), connecting merchants, logistics partners, and major industry players across the globe. As we advance towards building this integrated end-to-end logistics network of key players, our evolving data-intelligent platform will empower SEA’s ecommerce businesses to scale quickly and reliably.

Our platform will look to use AI and machine learning to enable real-time tracking, route optimization, warehouse management, and dynamic forecasting — to build Southeast Asia’s leading logistics network.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Creative**:

- Good attention to detail and having a strong understanding of branding
- Adept at a variety of design projects, such as print and digital advertising, social media, events, websites, merchandise, etc.
- Working closely with the various business functions to conceptualise and execute a multitude of creative assets such as ads, infographics, banners, EDMs, GIFs, and other marketing collaterals.
- Receive creative direction and translate feedback into design deliverables in order to meet creative goals and business needs.
- Provide photography and videography assistance during indoor/outdoor shoots, events and ad-hoc projects.
- Taking part in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to conceptualise, ideate, plan and execute various campaigns
- Work on several projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision

**Employer Branding**:

- Assisting in projects to improve how the company works together, both locally and globally, and making sure employees have a positive experience
- Supporting, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee engagement
- Sourcing and managing the procurement of event materials and merchandise
- Providing support on team events and other ad-hoc duties

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or relevant field
- Min 1-3 years of working experience in Graphic Designer roles. Experience in Publishing and advertising agencies i.e. magazines, collaterals, development of ad creative will be an added advantage. Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro will be a bonus)
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team, who has plenty of initiatives and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enthusiastic and driven about finding innovative ways / mediums to communicate and connect with employees / colleagues.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas for both print and digital channels. Doing that in video formats (such as video, animation/GIFs) is a huge plus.
- Photography skills are appreciated
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
