**What you will be working on**
- Provide administrative and logístical support to events at the department, group, organisation and inter-ministry level.
- Financial matters, e.g., expenditure papers preparation, budget and expenses monitoring.
- Collaterals stock take.
- URA Alumni member database updating.

**What we are looking for**
- Preferably a diploma in business administration, human resource, marketing, event management or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Good time management skills, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.
- Prior experience in assisting with the running of events or/and marketing content creation would be an advantage.
