As a Business Communications Specialist, Power Protection for Electrification business, you will be responsible for driving Smart Power’s Power Protection business’ marketing communication strategies, develop and track KPIs. Reporting to Marketing Communications Manager - Smart Power, you will be ensuring alignment with all relevant global and local stakeholders. Reporting on the success of marketing communication campaigns. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Anticipating market trends, analyzing competition, conducting customer visits, working with relevant teams to understand/map customer profiles and customer journeys, and keep the positioning up to date
- Driving the creation of all marketing collateral including definition of common templates (e.g., brochures, product web pages, videos, etc.), ensure proper English usage
- Developing and pilot positioning initiatives ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and messaging across the division
- Planning industry customer events, webinars and trainings
- Influencing, developing, communicating, and committing to power protection business’ vision, goals, and strategies, translating them into customer communication action plans always in alignment with relevant teams

**Your background**:

- University degree with minimum 5 years of industry experience in relevant marketing communication positions, including industry experience and project management - good understanding of the complexity of the Power Protection market and specifically the key industries critical to the success of Electrification
- Appreciation for working in international environments (strong intercultural skills) - comfortable interacting with senior leaders as well as technical specialists
- Desire to seek out new and innovative communications techniques, tools and approaches
- Agile methodology background will be considered a plus
- Proficient in English, expert storyteller, excellent copywriting and editing skills, able to simplify complex technical content into appealing marketing messages and contents - excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
